The following days weave a seamless narrative

as you traverse from Istanbul to Cappadocia, where the ancient echoes of Topkapi Palace and the bustling energy of Istiklal Street unfold. Cappadocia beckons with its surreal landscapes, inviting you to explore the Göreme Open Air Museum, Cavusin, Pasabagli Valley, and the artisanal haven of Avanos Village. Unearth the secrets of the underground City of Kaymakli and indulge in a cultural tapestry of carpets and crafts.

The journey continues to Izmir,

where Ephesus reveals its archaeological treasures, from the grandeur of the Marble Street to the resplendent Roman Baths and Celcus Library. A scenic drive to Pamukkale unveils the ethereal travertine terraces, a geological masterpiece, before the tour returns to Istanbul for a final night of enchantment.

Day 01   (ARRIVE ISTANBUL)  Arrive at Istanbul Airport.  Transfer to hotel. Overnight in istanbul

Day 2  ( ISTANBUL) After breakfast a full day excursion in Istanbul including the Hagia Sophia,; the Blue Mosque; the Byzantine Hippodrome and the Basilica Cistern, Grand Bazaar, Old local Market Mahmutpasa and walk down to Spice Market, Boat tour on Bosporus. Overnight in İstanbul

Day 03  (ISTANBUL-CAPPADOCIA) After breakfast visit Topkapi Palace, .Galata Bridge and head to Istiklal Street to explore the Taksim Area.  Transfer to airport for Cappadoccia. Overnight in Cappadoccia. (Topkapı palace is closed on Tuesdays)

Day 04  (CAPPADOCIA) After breakfast visit , an extensive visit to the Göreme Open Air Museum, with its 10th century churches cut out of soft rock with beautiful interior frescoes. then brief visits to Cavusin; Pasabagli Valley, and finally Avanos Village famous for its pottery and handicrafts before lunch.  Proceed through Goreme village to the natural citadel of Uchisar, for a panoramic view of the region; then visit the underground City of Kaymakli, established in the 7th century by Christians fleeing persecution, in which a visitor is able to descend several floor levels.  Some time for carpet show and shopping. 

Day 05   (CAPPADOCIA-IZMIR) After breakfast, half day hiking in Cappadoccia (depending on season) or visit Ürgüp. transfer to airport and flight to İzmir via İstanbul. Transfer from  Izmir Airport to hotel.

Day 06 ( EPHESUS) After breakfast at hotel drive to Selcuk, to visit Site of Artemis temple and head to the world-famous antique city of Ephesus, including the Marble Street (Arcadian Way), the Antique Theater, the Roman Baths, and the Celcus Library.  Light lunch in Selcuk.  In the afternoon a visit the Ephesus Museum and visit to Sirince village. Overnight in izmir or Kuşadasi

Day 07 ( PAMUKKALE/ISTANBUL) Drive to Pamukkale to walk down the travertine terraces and walk through the necropolis of Hierapolis.  Transfer to airport and flight to İstanbul. Transfer to hotel in İstanbul and overnight.

Day 08   (ISTANBUL) Transfer to the International airport for your flight home.

 *  Topkapi Palace is closed on Tuesdays, Grand Bazaar is closed on Sundays. If the visits are on days these attractions are closed, they might be skipped or substituted with other attractions depending on the program’s schedule
